Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of 6 party food boxes.

What colour are your party food boxes?

​

The main colours are red, blue, yellow, orange, pink and green, however I am happy to supply other colours, or if there is a theme, let me know.

Are you insured?

​

Yes, Mad Eaters has public and product liability insurance, a certificate in Food Safety Level 2 and a 5 star food hygiene rating.

How does payment work?

​

We will charge you 50% of the total cost 7 days before the party. Final payment can be made on the day.

​

Do you have a cancellation policy?

​

There will be no charge if 7 days or more notice is given. 3-6 days notice, you will be charged 30% of the total cost, 1-2 days, you will be charged 75% of the total cost. If you cancel on the day of the party, there will be a 90% charge.
